Wow indeed…

Blizzard sends word that the Burning Crusade has sold a whopping 2.4 million copies within 24 hours of it's release last week. This is likely worldwide numbers.

I still have not picked up the Burning Crusade despite having a sweet level 60 Night Elf hunter with some epic lootz ready to ride into Outland. The thought of spending fuck knows how long to reach level 70 (even though one French dude did it in 28 hours with help from his guild) or starting an all new character is in itself exhausting. I need a break. 

I imagine I shall return to the world of Azeroth soon enough. I just have some real life power-leveling to do before I hit the fake one again. Sigh.
