Consider this a rumor at the moment, but word comes that a music promotion company may be reaching out to music publishers to submit bands/acts for consideration in an upcoming project that they are working on: Saint's Row 2 with a vague release of summer/fall 2007.

They are looking for the usual array of tunes but apparently point out that they are interested in Spanish/Latin hip-hop, indie, punk, metal, etc. specifically.

Despite the fact that a Saint's Row 2 is a no-brainer given the first one's success, again, this must all be taken as a rumor as we await any official announcement.

If true however, seems particularly ballsy to go up against GTA IV. Going to be an interesting year!
