Word came from Square Enix yesterday that Final Fantasy is so beloved and demand so high that 1.5 million units of FFXII have already been sent to retail in the past week since the games release. Keep in mind this does not mean 1.5 million units 'sold'. Yet.

I am always amused by these "XX units have been shipped!" announcements as it seems like the awkward co-worker at the company Christmas party who makes 10 plates of Santa cookies in hopes that everyone eats them and tells her how awesome she is and maybe, just maybe, Dick from sales will realize there is more to her than just a pair of sensible shoes and an endless supply of paper clips.

But luckily in the case of FFXII, it isn't an awkward co-worker. It truly is an awesome game and will undoubtedly sell more then 1.5 million units very soon so any excuse to post a super-gay Vaan screenshot is fine by me!
