At least that is what it would seem from the latest issue of Official Playstation Magazine that has a feature on the PSP version of the game, titled 'Elder Scrolls Travels: Oblivion'. 

But really what were you expecting? I for one have never looked down my nose at a well done dungeon crawler. My favorite will always be Dungeon Master for the Amiga. Man that game was awesome!
